The following photos depict one of the cold storage facilites we have prepaired

 The 3 buildings each were 29 meters by 93 meters with a 96 by 30 meter recieving area across the front.

our part of this project included the 20 Cm of insulation in the floors , the electric heat mazts in the floors, the Sandwich panels for the walls and celings. We used 12.8 meter long panels in the walls 20 cm thick, for the celings we used 12 meter long panels 10 cm thick

 We provided the 23  frezzer doors and the and the excape doors, as well as 17 dock levelers the shelters and the overhead sectional doors , and the weighing system  then we injsection foamed all of the outer corners

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 I will have to up load more pics to show the completed buildings the 3 units are joined together with 2 corridors that run the full length of the buildings. We offered many recomendations as to how we would have done things based on our expieriences. however the cunsulting firm was out of Denmark and they would not listen most of the time. And the general contractor although they admitted this was their first project of this magnitude payed little attention as well For tha treason there are many flaws in this unit from an effiency stand point. Yes it will hold - 40 degrees if need be but had they lsten to myself or the other engineers in my company it would consume about50% less energy.and have a 1000% lower maintance requirement.
